Healthy banana pancakes

So simple – so good:

  • mash 3 ripe bananas (they have to be ripe otherwise they won’t taste as good)
  • add 1 egg
  • add 2 table spoons of flour (use your preferred flour)
  • add a bit of cinnamon

Once all is mixed together to a mushy consistency fry your pancakes in a pan with a little bit of coconut oil.

If the pancakes are still a bit too mushy in consistency just add a little bit more flour.

Add anything you like to top the pancakes, best with fresh fruit or with a little bit of peanut butter. The pancakes are even delicious and sweet without any topping at all.
